Vetlab Supplies is a small private UK company, started 25 years ago, specialising in the supply of diagnostic laboratory equipment and reagents for veterinary practices.
The company is solely owned by Mike Fleming C.Biol., M.I.Biol., SRMLS who has started (or resurrected) no less than four veterinary diagnostic laboratories, two of which are still trading now and providing valuable services for veterinary practices. Therefore, all our equipment and reagents are supported by a wealth of technical knowledge and experience.
This practical background not only gives us valuable experience in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our products but also how to tailor these to your needs.
Our task is not just to choose any product we fancy, taking for granted it does what the manufacturer says it does and sell it! Our policy is to thoroughly test it first in our own laboratory and then in practice before marketing it. This is the only way to detect and eliminate faults and improve/develop the design and methods to ensure accuracy and reliability. It is also essential for developing ongoing support to customers. This support is two-fold: service/repair and technical. Because of this, you can rely on us to solve both types of problem efficiently for you. We have dedicated teams of engineers and technicians, and a technical 'hot-line' to assist you.
